Borealis is the great Northern Wind, emissary of the Arctic north, conveyor of glacial air and herald of winter.  This coffee is a winter blend that wards off the chill of the season while delivering something as dazzling to the tongue as the Aurora Borealis is to the eyes. This blend combines coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Peru.  This coffee features flaver notes of caramel, pomegranate, and orange.
