This coffee received 94 points from Coffee Review. Cherry is floated, run through a disc-pulper and fermented in water overnight- before undergoing a triple-wash using fresh water from the nearby Muriuriu River. Coffee is then soaked in this same water before being dried on raised beds for 7-15 days.
